Quick hello to eveyone!

Hi there!
I am still alive! Yes! But I could not get Wi-Fi in my bedroom so I have to use the hotel guest computer and I cannot upload my pics, but I hope it all works fine when I am in Knysna tomorrow.

Both flights went fine and I met interesting people. Today I did a tour of the town and had a pleasant time.
Weatherwise it is grey during the day and rainy at night. In less than 48 hours I will be with the ellies. Yippee! Guys and girls, Mama Carole is coming ... so you better be ready to welcome me!!

Last night in Germany

Dear Friends

At long last I am off to SA tomorrow after 13 very long months of waiting!!!

This time I will spend a couple of days in Durban, then I will working as a volunteer at Knysna Elephant Park. Then I will be back in Stellenbosch, the cosiest SA town I have seen sofar. A little quaint but extremely likeable. Then a couple of days in Cape Town, to finish the trip.

I hope the weather there will be nice and warm so that I can even get more out of my holiday. :o)
